Our breads are crafted by hand, in small batches daily. The use of preferments and natural wild yeasts, combined with lengthy fermentation create bread that is not only a full expression of the grains flavour, but also far more nutritious, and easier to digest.
We put the same care into our pizza dough as we do with our bread. Hand stretched, our thin doughs are topped simply, choosing to focus on the quality of the ingredients. We use local and in house produced charcuterie, roasted meats, cheeses and prepared veggies. Sold by the slice during lunch hour, or check out our catering page to pre-order whole pizza's for your next celebration
The first things out of the oven on a morning, they can include: Croissants (butter, chocolate, and almond), sweet and savoury danishes, muffins, cinnamon 'morning buns' & custard and raisin rolls,
All our savoury pies and rolls start with hand made puff pastry. The flaky pastry is the perfect backdrop for fillings that include: fennel sausage, chickpea and cumin, braised beef and feta & kale.

During the colder months, we offer a changing selection of soups, served by the bowl or side with a hunk of fresh bread and butter.
Our picnic boards are composed platters, perfect for grazing on while soaking up the summer sun at one of the number of parks or trails that surround Perth. They can include: Cheese & dried fruit w/roasted nuts and seeded crackers, Marinated halumi cheese, olives & pickles, hummus and flatbread or Smoked Canadian albacore tuna, hard boiled egg, marinated veggies, rye bread and caper garlic spread.
