Our breads are crafted by hand, in small batches daily. The use of preferments and natural wild yeasts, combined with lengthy fermentation create bread that is not only a full expression of the grains flavour, but also far more nutritious, and easier to digest.


We put the same care into our pizza dough as we do with our bread. Hand stretched, our thin doughs are topped simply, choosing to focus on the quality of the ingredients. We use local and in house produced charcuterie, roasted meats, cheeses and prepared veggies.
